Absolutely magical. Annika is truly talented. I often get a deep tissue and found her to be one of the best. I always feel super relaxed and recentered.

For me getting a massage was simply a luxury that I would treat myself to once in awhile. But through James I have learned just how much massage therapy can change the way you feel every day. There is such a difference in my day-to-day life after I go see James because all the stress I hold in my body all the time just seems to melt away. He always knows just which areas to work on, even if I am not aware that they have been stressed. I highly recommend him and Navitus.

I get Massages weekly or biweekly from Annika. She is is amazing! She has a calming presence about her. She always works out my kinks. Both Annika and Jim are very personable and professional! The drive there is well worth it! The office is clean and very relaxing.

I have been a regular client of Jim's for close to two years. The first and every time I get a massage at Navitus, I felt and feel so grateful that I found this wonderful practice. Both Jim and Annika are wonderful people with calm and kind personalities. Jim is highly skilled, easy to talk with and works with deep pressure on my "chronic" areas, loosening up the muscles in my shoulders and neck. My achiness is eased out and the relief is wonderful!! I highly recommend Navitus' talented therapists.

I am so very grateful to have found James and fortunate to have been able to see him for some time now. He is always so knowledgeable, professional, compassionate and personable. I always feel so much better and relaxed after my visit and I am able to do so much more throughout the week in between my sessions. I feel such relief from stress and tension after every visit. I personally struggle with the pain and weakness of nerve damage, migraines and the side effects of ongoing cancer treatments - and I always feel like I am in such good hands with James. James is absolutely amazing. Highly highly recommend!! He gets rid of all tension in my body, makes my posture sooo much better, and goes above and beyond. He listens to your needs and make sure you leave feeling your best. It is so clear he is an expert and knows exactly what to do. (I do deep tissue massages and Reiki) I ALWAYS leave stress free, feeling awesome, and relaxed. By far the best massages I’ve ever had. So worth it!

I've been seeing Annika since I relocated back to Mass last year and she is, in a word, outstanding. I travel a lot for work. That means a lot of cramped flights, heavy luggage, and soft mattresses. Annika has a sixth sense of where I need extra work and always gets rid of those tight problem areas. I joke that it's dangerous for me to drive home afterward because I'm so relaxed and disoriented after 90 minutes in her care. I've had a lot of body work over the years. A lot of it bad: bad pressure, bad technique etc. But Annika is among the best therapists I've ever worked with and it's worth a little extra time to me driving from Haverhill to go to a professional who always does exactly what I need.
